Our return policy is very simple.
In the event where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 60 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product's manufacturing defects to Support@medifitstore.com. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related cost to deliver a replacement!
If you have not received your item within 60 days of tacking number issuance then your mail piece may be lost or held by customs. Please contact our support for further assistance.
